Large shopping center just north of I-10 in Gulfport (Exit 34) includes Barnes and Nobles, Office Depot, Old Navy,
TJ Maxx, and other stores and restaurants as well as movie theaters.
3. The Promenade link
700,000 square feet outdoor shopping center with 11 eleven anchor stores including Target, Kohls, Best Buy,
and Marshalls. Plus other specialty shops and restaurants. Opened in 2009. Located on the northwest corner of the I-10 / I-110 interchange.
4. Lakeview Village
Also located at the I-10 / I-110 interchange this 200,000 square foot shopping center is
anchored by Lowes and Super Walmart. Restaurants include Chili's, Ruby Tuesday, and Outback Steakhouse. Movie theater nearby.
5. Edgewater Mall and Edgewater Village link
Indoor and outdoor malls located on Beach Blvd in Biloxi. Edgewater Mall includes four department stores as
well as specialty stores and a food court. Edgewater Village is a new attractive outdoor center providing
additional shopping and restaurants.
