Island View CasinoThe Island View Casino Resort opened on September 18, 2006 at the 40-acre site of the former Grand Casino Gulfport. It is owned by Rick Carter and Terry Green, who were the founders of Copa Casino, which was destroyed by Hurricane Katrina. Location
The resort is on the north side of Beach Blvd (US-90) in Gulfport at the site of the former
Grand Casino (0.5 miles west of US-49). It is about 3 miles from the airport and 5 miles from I-10.
